Troubleshoot Baking Helm 3 Charts

Issue

After enabling Helm in Spinnaker, Helm repository was also added. The Helm account is visible, but unable to see any chart as it is stuck with a busy/loading status as per the following screenshot:

Cause

Spinnaker recognizing the Helm URL format in a specific format.
